Services Cost?
The cost to buy a franchise is from $20,000.00 to $45,000.00 including GST. Equipment supplied with each type of franchise varies so contact us for a full list or visit the Franchise section of the website.
How Much Will It Cost Me To Continue As A Franchise With Jannies Cleaning Services?
All Jannies franchises come with only two basic fees:
Home and Office Franchise:
- Franchise fee of 10% of gross takings for the first month then capped at $100 plus GST per week for a one person franchise, or $140 plus GST per week for a two person franchise
- Advertising fee fixed at $15 plus GST per person per week
All other Franchises:
- Franchise fee of 10% of gross takings for the first two (2) months then capped at $120 plus GST per week
- Advertising fee fixed at $15 plus GST per person per week
This is to cover administration costs, advertising and ongoing support. These two basic fees relieves you of all the stress!
Where Will My Business Come From?
Our marketing includes:
- An ad in the Yellow Pages
- Continuous advertising in the local newspaper
- Ongoing advertisements online
- Letter Box leaflet distributions
- Marketing personnel whose purpose will be to find clients for our franchises
- Most importantly - word of mouth! This is one of the best ways to succeed - recommendation from your clients.
How Do I Know I Will Get Enough Business?
There is a income guarantee attached to each franchise except the Home and Office franchises.
For the Lawn Care & Handyman and Mutt Makeover franchises there is an income guarantee that helps you start off your business without having money problems! Each of these franchises comes with a 2 month income guarantee of $500 per week, every week for the entire two months. This is regardless of how much income you generate in the first two months – earn as much or as little as you want in the first two months – we’ll still pay you the guaranteed amount!
For the Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control franchise we guarantee $1,000 for 3 months for single or 2 person franchises*
