Cleaning franchises cost $20,000.00 (GST inc.)

  2 weeks of intense training with a Certified Industry Trainer. All manuals and guides are included.
• PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT
  We supply everything and show you how to use each item effectively.
• ONGOING, PERSONALISED SUPPORT
  When you start a new venture, you need help. We don’t just set you up – we make sure we are available whenever you have a problem or need advice – just call!
• ACCOUNT BOOK KEEPING TRAINING
  It is just as important to be as thorough on your book work as the homes you clean. You can have a 1 on 1 with an accountant plus bookkeeping training using your choice of a book ledger or computer program
• FINANCIAL ADVICE
  A financial advisor will show you how to budget your money and advise on a financial portfolio
• GUARANTEED INCOME
  You have a guaranteed income $1,000.00 for the first month (conditions apply)

“Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control Package” $45,000.00 (GST inc.) and we guarantee $1,000.00 for 3 months for single or 2 person franchises*.

• ADVERTISING
  This can be the tricky part of a new business - and we arrange it! We advertise in Yellow Pages, your local paper, online and various other outlets as well as conduct letterbox drops in your area.
• SHIRTS, SIGNAGE & MERCHANDISE
  White shirts with Jannies logo, signage or magnets for your vehicle, invoice books, business cards & flyers.
• INSURANCE
  We can arrange this for you at your cost.
• Low Fees:
  No complicated fee structures or outrageous charges. A Home and Office Cleaning franchise has only two fees:
  • Franchise fee of 10% of gross takings for the first month then capped at $100 plus GST per week for a one person franchise, or $140 plus GST per week for a two person franchise
  • Advertising fee fixed at $15 plus GST per person per week
